*Bubbles
No chemicals is used to treat the MIRUM® sheets or making of Carry S unlike the alternatives
*Actually
Actually recyclable unlike other alternatives (or your blue bins at home).
*Source
That's the core of MIRUM making it a truly 100% plastic-free vegan leather
*Old
Using old ways of colouring materials eliminates any need of using petroleum-based colouring
*Bad cloud
These are estimates based on looking at how each of these raw materials is made compared to other alternatives from making and collecting the raw materials to dying, manufacturing and the whole supply chain
*Artisans
We work with independent artisans and specialists but actively working on creating our workshop in Vancouver to control every aspect of the brand even more and grow the culture more connected to our mission
*Soul
Without the soul fashion goes back to the default of items and trends, so expect each piece we make to take on a journey, each time different but always on a mission and representing something much bigger than great products
*Museum
If it's kept in a museum. No just kidding, we design each product including Carry S to outlast any similar product in their category. Using materials like MIRUM® will make it a bit risky since they have not been around for decades to be proven to on durability, but we feel very confident that the risk is well worth it in the long run for the planet and all of the creatures living on it.
*Others
Keeping others in mind who can's speak up is the reason the materials we use from the main ones to less-obvious ones have not used any animal products or byproducts in them.
*1%
The only piece of Carry S that's not 100% plastic-free is threads, and we have done many tests and will continue doing so to find one that doesn’t break over a long period of time and pressure. At the moment we haven’t found any 100% plastic-free thread that has a reliable quality.
