Customer satisfaction is a big deal. But not everyone gets it right.
Some companies choose to be genuinely good, use superior materials, train expert agents, spend time with customers, and get better every day.
Some others try to get it right, but not enough. They need better planning, more resources, or a different focus. They still have a chance to succeed.
Then there are the shortcut-seekers and corner-cutters. Those that greenwash, lie to customers, block negative reviews, and underpay their people. As if they can twist the realities and fool us, forever.
