Every February starts with talks of Black History Month.

Meetings start with acknowledgements, promises are made and, sometimes, actions are taken.

Then February passes, promises fade, actions stagnate, and problems re-appear.

‍

But why? Maybe we got the point wrong?

BHM is not only about actions or donations. It's about learning and committing. Learning why it matters and committing to action.
